Social Media Intake 

We are looking forward to working with you on your social media program. In order to get things started, please complete this quick form. This will ensure we have everything we need for our kickoff call so our team can hit the ground running.

First Steps:
  1. We will send you an email invite to Loomly based on the email address you provided.
  2. We will schedule a kickoff call with you to review the completed intake form and answer any questions you may have.
  3. We will send you a Loomly explainer video for your review.

She'll help you get set up and get acquainted with Loomly, as well as review your analytics, coordinate creative and make sure posts are placed in Loomly on time.


When Megan is unavailable, you'll work with Allie Habeck (allie@imageworksdirect.com) or Elesa Swirgsdin (elesa@imageworksdirect.com) .


Your Social Media Accounts:
Accounts will need to be linked to Loomly by you or us. If we are linking, we will need admin access for each platform we're posting to (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).

Please note: We recommend giving us admin access to Facebook and LinkedIn regardless of who links the account to Loomly. This allows us to boost posts and gather analytics.

Next Steps:
  1. We will get started on a content-planning calendar for you. This calendar must be approved by you before we begin working on posts.
  2. When the posts are ready, we will place drafts in Loomly and request your review.
  3. You can edit or approve the posts.
  4. Once the posts are approved in Loomly, we will schedule them and complete the posting process.
